Ballet is a unique form of dance. A Young Nigerian boy who went viral after a video showing him dancing in the rain burst the internet has been offered a scholarship by American Ballet Theatre in New York. He is very passionate about Ballet.
Anthony Mmesoma Madu is an 11-Year-old boy, many people have stereotyped ballet dance to be for female but he has broken the norm in Nigeria and has been applauded for his determination. The American Ballet Theatre in New York came across the video on the internet and has decided to give him a scholarship for the virtual summer ballet course.
The young boy says when anyone sees me dancing, they wonder what sort of dance is this, but now i’m privileged to go abroad.
