Nollywood actor Williams Uchemba has chastised officials of the Independent National Electoral Commission INEC for failing to deliver Permanent Voters Cards PVCs to some Nigerians.
He shared a video of some Nigerians protesting about not being able to pick up their cards, stating that INEC cannot disenfranchise people and wants a free and fair election.
