Popular singer-songwriter, Temilade Openiyi better known simply as Tems reflects on her blessings days after winning a Grammy Award.
The Afrobeats musician won her first-ever Grammy Award in the ‘Best Melodic Rap Performance’ category for her contribution to Future’s “Wait for U”.
Days following her victory, Tems took to her Twitter page to express profound appreciation to the almighty.
According to her, she is speechless and unable to say what the Lord has done for her.
She returned all the glory to God who she believes is the reason behind her success.
“What God has done for me, I can’t even speak. All the glory really belongs to Him,” she wrote.
She appreciates her fans who have been supporting her and rooting for her. She assured them that she doesn’t take their belief and support in her for granted.
