Neo has been in love with Vee and he told Biggie he will like to gift Vee flowers for her birthday he was ready to sacrifice all his BBnaira for her. Biggie accepted his request and Vee was very excited to have the offer. He also gave up a shirt to biggie to be able to get the gifts needed to celebrate Vee. Vee is 24 years today and she was just surprised at the kind gesture.
