El-Rufai: We will not negotiate with Bandits, We will kill them

Kaduna State Governor, Mallam Nasir El-Rufai, has sworn to end the bandits in Kaduna by killing them instead of wasting precious time trying to negotiate with them. He called on the bandits to quickly put a stop to their activities or be ready to face their death.

He said this while delivering a speech in Kaduna during the flagging off of inputs distribution to farmers. A program inaugurated by the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Rural development as a measure for combating the effect of the COVID-19 pandemic in the state.

The Governor stated that the nefarious and inconsiderate acts of the bandits is negatively affecting food production in the state, and for this reason, the bandits will not be spared if they do not stop these acts of killing innocent people and other atrocities with immediate effect.

He, however, commended the efforts of security agencies in the state and praised them for putting in the effort to curtail and end the activities of the bandits in Kaduna state.
