Harvey Weinstein CBE is an American former film producer and a convicted sex offender.
The 68 years old, former film producer has been charged with a third case of alleged sexual assault in Los Angeles.
He has been convicted with 1 count of third degree rape and 1 count of criminal sexual assault.
The latest charge alleges that the film movie producer assaulted a woman at a Beverly hills hotel on may 11 2010.
According to the independent UK, prosecutors in Los Angeles have initiated a request for temporary custody of weistein from new York state, he is to be arranged on the Los Angeles charges once he arrives.
If convicted as charged, Weinstein, faces up to 29years in prison though his lawyers are planning an appeal.
