Two brothers identified as Ayoola Timilehin, Olusola Timilehin have been arrested by the Economic and Financial crimes Commission (EFCC) at their hideout at Alaka in Elebu area of Ibadan, Oyo State for internet fraud.
Arrested alongside with the two suspects are Temitope Kumuyi, Babatunde Oyelakin and Olanrewaju Ibrahim.
Dele Oyewale, The Head, Media & Publicity of the anti-graft agency, confirmed the incident saying that the suspects were arrested based on intelligence linking them with opulence without any identifiable means of livelihood and would be charged to court as soon as investigation is concluded.
Recovered from the suspects include four cars, laptops, exotic phones and a stamp bearing the identity of the bursary section of Queensland University’s School of Medicine, Australia.
