James Umeji Elected As ASPMDA New President

James Umeji (a.k.a Jimbest) has been elected as the new president of the Auto Spare Parts and Machinery Dealers Association (ASPMDA).

He took an oath of office yesterday for a renewable four-year tenure.

ASPMDA hosts over 10,000 business operators including banks and other service providers.

He said:

“Under my leadership, the manifestos of ASPMDA Unity Party will be followed and nobody will be denied his or her rights as the unity of ASPMDA would be prioritized above political leanings,”

He hailed the successful election and thanked Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu for his intervention which ushered in an interim government headed by the former president, Chief Tony Ughagwu, who conducted the election.

Eze-Ndigbo Lagos, leaders of other trading plazas in the complex and acting chief executive officer of the Trade Fair Management Board, Mr. Francis Dajilalk, witnessed the event.
