Photos from the funeral of former Oyo state governor, Abiola Ajimobi. He died on Thursday, June 25 after suffering multiple organ failure due to COVID19 complications. His burial took place in his Oluyole residence in Ibadan this morning, Sunday June 28.
Senator Ajimobi was buried today in a private ceremony inside his Alaafin Avenue home at Oluyole Estate in Ibadan.

Prayers were offered for the repose of his soul at the Ajimobi Central Mosque in Oke-Ado, before the final funeral rites were performed.
The lawmaker died of complications from COVID-19 on June the 25th, at a private hospital in Lagos.
He is survived by his wife Florence and five children.
