News Update: “36 Military Officers Killed in Niger,” Defense Headquarters Opens

In the Niger state ambush and aircraft accident, 36 troops were killed, including two pilots and two crew members. According to the Defence Headquarters, the major headquarters of the Nigerian Armed Forces (NAF), this is a new update. Abuja, FCT – On Thursday, August 17, the Defense Headquarters said that 36 officers were slain in Niger state. Major General Edward Buba, the Director of Defense Media Operations, made this statement while presenting an update on soldier casualties in the northcentral state ambush on Monday, August 14, 2023, according to Channels Television.
