Nigerian man cries out to FG, after he got arrested and almost got shot by police officers in Midrand South Africa; they reply

A Nigerian man,Olalekan Samuel who base in South Africa has called the Federal Government for help after he got arrested for coming out of his house to get bread amidst the lockdown order.
He tweeted to the Chairman, Nigerians in diaspora,Abike Dabiri; she replies.

His tweet read:
“@abikedabiri I’ve just been arrested by midrand police,i went to to the shop to buy bread and on my way back they arrested me. One of them pulled out a gun to shoot me.He had to drop it in his pocket when I did a live video on facebook’ just informing you”

The Chairman, Nigerian’s in Diaspora Commission responded,she rebuked the midrand police for pulling out a gun. But also blamed him for disobeying the law.

“Hope you are okay. Wrong to pull out a gun.But why did break the rule on lockdown? These are difficult times and we need to obey laws.” She tweeted
