A viral video shows a Nigerian pastor, Prophet Odumeje, grasping and carrying the hallowed sacrament at a Delta state church has provoked widespread outrage online.
The viral video that went viral showed the moment the behavior took place. In a church in Delta state, Prophet Odumeje was dressed in a Catholic-like chasuble and lifted the monstrance with some Catholic priests.
On the other hand, Nigerians have criticized the behavior and questioned the Catholic Church for permitting him to conduct such hallowed activity with his “filthy hands.”
