OGUN: Govt Imposes Curfew Beginning From September 30

The Ogun state government has announced its decision to impose a curfew around the state which is effective from Wednesday, Sept 30 to 1st of October.

Although reasons for the decision was not disclosed but it might not be far from the fact that some groups are planning a protest on the 1st of October, 2020.

The State Government made this announcement on its Twitter handle:

“There will be a curfew in Ogun State, effective tonight from 10:00 pm to tomorrow morning at 06:00 am.

“This curfew will again be effective tomorrow at the same time, 10:00 pm-06:00 am, on Friday, 2nd October. “
