Rapper Olamide, who is nominated for a Grammy, has released his much awaited album of the same name.
The project, which features 17 tracks and guest appearances by Nigerian and international celebrities, was released on June 19, 2025.
Guest musicians on the album include Afrobeats hitmakers Asake, Seyi Vibez, Young Jonn, BOJ, and Nigerian superstar Wizkid.
Afrobeats singers Darkoo and SPINALL, American hip-hop legend Dr. DRE, Jamaican phenomenon Popcaan, and Latino star Daecolm are among the other artists featured on the album.
Olamide’s self-titled album, which will be his eleventh solo endeavor, demonstrates his longevity, adaptability, and cultural awareness.

The song is the duo’s most recent collaboration; they have been working together for more than ten years.
The record comes after his final endeavor, ‘Ikigai,’ which means “a reason to live” in Japanese. The tracks “Metaverse,” “Habibi,” and “Uptown Disco,” which featured Asake and Fireboy, were all part of the project.
Olamide has stayed at the top of the music industry for more than ten years, emerging as one of the finest Nigerian musicians of the twenty-first century.
In addition to being a successful label owner, Olamide is a hitmaker whose YBNL imprint has produced well-known artists including Asake, Adekunle Gold, Fireboy, and Lil Kesh.
