Pastor Adeboye speaks of the numerous Rape cases in the country.

Pastor Adeboye, the General overseer of the (RCCG), has spoken on the series of cases of Rape in Nigeria.

He spoke on the rising cases of rape in the country this past couple of weeks, especially that of; Vera Uwaila Omozuwa. the 22-year-old 100Level student of Microbiology at the University of Benin, Edo State.

He recounts the brutality, raping, and killing of the young woman inside a Redeemed Christian Church of God branch in the city while she was reading.

Pastor Adeboye speaks!

In his three-minute video message on his Twitter account, Adeboye stated ”that while no crime can be more grievous than rape, no pain can be compared to that of a parent whose daughter had been raped”. 

Also stating that ”No punishment can be too severe for a rapist”
