After Natasha Akpoti accused Senate President Godswill Akpabio of sexual harassment, former presidential media adviser Reno Omokri asked her to take a lie detector test.
In a social media video, Omokri said that Akpoti-Uduaghan had leveled identical accusations against him in 2021.
After a disagreement with me on Tuesday, October 12, 2021, Natasha Akpoti accused me of sexually harassing her on social media, he stated.

Thus, it is clear that she lied.
After my evidence was published in the newspapers, Natasha removed all documentation of her accusation. She erased everything. She had insulted my wife, my newborn daughter, and me in a video. She removed that as well.
The following day, I received a call from a well-known Christian clergyman who thought that, as a fellow pastor, I would pay attention to an elderly member of Christ’s body. He called me on three-way with Natasha Akpoti’s current husband, Emmanuel Oritshejolomi Uduaghan.
I listened to them, and we resolved the issue out of court after they made an appeal to me and cited biblical allusions to Christians suing one another. After receiving a sizable payment in damages, I decided to overlook the situation.

“Get out. Take the test. You know, be escorted by a senator who supports you and another who is simply impartial,” he remarked.
The Kogi senator repudiated her fraudulent accusations and erased all traces of them, he continued, because he had proof.
He came to the conclusion that “it is assumed that she is acting on her previous behavior until she takes a lie detector test.”
