On Tuesday, August 11, angry youths in Rivers state destroyed the vehicle belonging to State Task Force.
As reports have it, the very furious youths got angry because the vehicle belonging to the state task force caused the accident that claimed the life of a man in Port harcourt.
However, in reacting to this unfortunate situation the Governor of the State said via his twitter account that
”The Rivers State Taskforce on Illegal Street Trading and Motor Parks has been dissolved with immediate effect. Consequently, the Special Assistant to the Governor in charge of the Task Force, Mr. Bright Amaewhule has been relieved of his appointment.”
