Talented Poet, JP Clark Is Dead

John Pepper Clark-Bekederemo, 85 is a Nigerian poet and playwright, who has also published as J. P. Clark and John Pepper Clark.

Prior to his death, who studied at the University of Ibadan, was a professor of English at the University of Lagos from where he retired.

According to reports, the poet who has been ill for a while, died on Tuesday.
