US President Donald Trump’s ex-daughter-in-law, Vanessa Trump, is the woman that golfer Tiger Woods has revealed he is seeing.
For 13 years, Vanessa, 47, was wed to Donald Trump Jr. In 2018, the couple—who have five kids—divorced.
Woods, 49, shared images of himself and Vanessa on social media on Sunday, writing: “With you by my side, life is better and love is in the air! We are excited to travel through life together.
“At this time we would appreciate privacy for all those close to our hearts.”
Although the reason for the public declaration is unknown, gossip magazines had been publishing stories about their connection in recent weeks.
Woods, who has won 15 major titles, is renowned for keeping his personal life private after his playing career and public image were negatively impacted in the 2000s by the revelation of his marital infidelity and sex scandals.
Months after six years of marriage, he and his first wife, Elin Nordegren, had a contentious divorce when he checked himself into a sex addiction treatment center. Together, the couple has two kids.
Tiger Woods’ kids go to the same school as Vanessa Trump’s, according to US media agencies.
During Donald Trump’s first term in office, Vanessa, the ex-wife of his eldest son, frequently attended formal gatherings with Trump’s extended family.
A number of times, including last month, Woods, the former world number one, is known to have played golf with President Trump. Trump owns over a dozen golf facilities and is an avid golfer.
Woods met with Trump and the leaders of the Professional Golfers’ Association (PGA) at the White House in February to discuss the sport’s future events and its present split with the Saudi Arabia-LIV league.
During Trump’s first term in 2019, Woods received the Presidential Medal of Freedom, which he wore.
In the past, Woods has made public his romances with former restaurant manager Erica Herman and World Cup ski racer Lindsey Vonn.
That partnership didn’t work out; in 2023, Herman sued Woods and his trust, which she later revoked.
