Twitter has mandated all to staff to work from the comfort of their homes due to the wide spread of the deadly corona virus.
This followed after the deadly virus is ravaging America, Europe and more of Asia..
The virus has killed over 120,000 persons..
Twitter had earlier announced a mandatory work from home policy for all staff in South Korea, Hong Kong and Japan earlier this month and suspended “non-critical” business travel and events in February due to the Coronavirus but theis time, the policy is set to be observed by all staff globally.
Twitter human resources chief Jennifer Christie said in a blog post late Wednesday;
“We are moving beyond our earlier guidance… and have now informed all employees globally they must work from home.”
“We understand this is an unprecedented step, but these are unprecedented times.”
