15,000 Students Committed Exam Malpractice During JSCE – Bauchi Govt

 Dr. Aliyu Usman Tilde the Bauchi State Commissioner for Education has said that 15,000 examination malpractice cases were recorded out of the 52,000 students who wrote the Basic Education Certification Examination (BECE) for Junior Secondary School students conducted in August.

On Wednsday the journalist Tilde confirmed there were a lot of malpractices as answers were been dictated to the students during exam.

He said “There were a lot of malpractices, especially in the multiple-choice questions.

“The children were being dictated the answers, I must confess.

“You pick a whole school and you find all they are writing is the same sentences, you’ll know that someone was dictating to them or wrote it for them,”.
