The Federal Capital Territory is an amazing city where young people get entangled with each other for the purpose of relationships and companionship.
Upon the first meeting, a date is always next and some however, do not go on a 2nd one due to some reasons which you might think is unnecessary or petty.
In this article, I will share the experiences of five people who I spoke with:
1.) Jane
She revealed that she refused a second date because he didn’t stop talking about himself and his achievements.
”his consistent talking actually put me off and I could not eat or even drink”.
2.) Nnamdi
According to him, she used a choking fragrance ad he couldn’t even spend up to 30 minutes at the date venue.
” I was so put off by her fragrance, it was so pungent”.
3.) Juliet
Juliet’s major turnoff on the first date was the fact that he didn’t give her the liberty to decide on what she wanted to eat. He literally made all choices for her.
” As soon as we got in, he started making placing the orders without asking what I actually wanted, and that put me off”
4.) Davies
His anger was the fact that she never got to put her phone down, from one snapchat video to another. She also took bathroom selfies which was the height of it.
”she did snapchat videos of every little thing and I got to know she even took bathroom selfies when I saw her editing them. Phew!”
5.) Mary
Mary revealing her experience, stated that saliva kept on splashing from his mouth into his food and on the table.
”For every word that came out of his mouth, he has saliva splash into his food and on the table”
You only get one chance to make a good first impression, and most people blow it on the first date.
