ABUJA: Man Arrested For Allegedly Stealing An FRSC Vehicle

On Saturday, police operatives from Bwari Division during a stop and search operation, following a call from the FRSC headquarters by the command’s control room arrested a man named Hamisu Tukur, 25.

He is reported to have stolen a vehicle belonging to the Federal Road Safety Corps headquarters stationed at Sky Memorial, Wuse Zone 5, Abuja.

Confirming this is DSP Anjuguri Manzah, FCT police spokesman, in a statement titled: ‘Arrest of suspected car thief’.

It read:

“The command on 5th September, 2020, arrested one Hamisu Tukur ‘m’ 25 years at the outskirt of Bwari, for stealing a vehicle belonging to the Federal Road Safety Corps headquarters stationed at Sky Memorial, Wuse Zone 5.

“The suspect will be arraigned after investigation.”
