Unknown gunmen reportedly kidnapped one Mr. Ade Adegbite, husband to a manager of one of Nigeria’s first generation banks.
The Nation learnt that the incident occurred Thursday, at about 8am.
The victim was said to have been abducted from their residence in Ekpan, Uvwie council area of Delta state.
Reports claim that Adegbite was whisked to an unknown destination in a black Toyota Venza.
Spokesperson of the Delta State Police Command, DSP Onome Onovwakpoyeya, confirmed the incident to The Nation on Friday.
She said, “the incident at Ekpan is confirmed.”
