Barcelona don’t want to hold meeting with Messi

Lionel Messi has been in state of dilemma since he made the decision to leave the Spanish club. Manchester city have been doing everything possible to take the world best footballer but it seems the management of barcelona are not ready to let him go. Barcelona are not ready to hold meetings with him and his agent for a transfer deal unless he chooses to remain in the club
