Millions of dollars’ worth of properties were destroyed when fire destroyed the Ajah market at the Alesh bus stop in Lagos State’s Lekki neighborhood.
Reports state that the event took place on Sunday night.
However, no casualties or injuries were reported, according to the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA).
Additionally, the agency disclosed that “as of the time of writing this report, investigations conducted by LRT revealed that the immediate cause of the fire could not yet be ascertained.”
