COVID-19: NCDC Confirms 45 New Cases

The latest figures by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) confirm that Nigeria now has a total of 254,182 COVID-19 cases.

In its latest case update dated February 17, the NCDC reports 45 new cases with no COVID-related deaths.

The new cases were reported in 8 states: Lagos (18), Cross River (7), FCT (7), Oyo (5), Kano (3), Nasarawa (3), Ekiti (1), and Rivers (1).

According to the NCDC, no case was recorded in Abia, Bauchi, Imo, Kaduna, Ogun, Ondo, Osun, Plateau, and the Sokoto States.
