Dangote Processing Plant To Supply 25 Million Liters Of Petroleum Everyday

The Dangote oil refinery will supply a sum of 25 million liters of petroleum to the Nigerian market everyday beginning from September.

The Nigerian Halfway and Downstream Oil Administrative Power revealed on Tuesday that this will ascend to 30 million liters from September.

In a short explanation, the NMDPRA said it met with the Nigerian Public Petrol Organization Restricted to settle on nearby rough stockpile to the treatment facility.

“At the NMDPRA base camp in Abuja, NNPCL agreed to begin raw petroleum deal and supply to Dangote Treatment facility in nearby cash.

“The treatment facility is currently ready to supply an underlying 25 million liters of PMS into the homegrown market this September. Also, will thusly expand this add up to 30 million liters everyday from October 2024,” the NMDPRA said on its X page.

According to report, the Leader of the Dangote Gathering, Aliko Dangote, officially declared that the 650,000-limit petroleum processing plant in Lagos has started petroleum creation.

In a live transmission on Tuesday, Dangote said the stockpile of petroleum into Nigeria would change the country’s energy scene.

While valuing President Bola Tinubu for supporting the offer of unrefined in naira to neighborhood processing plants, Dangote said many didn’t accept that the $20bn treatment facility could begin petroleum creation.

He said the limit would fulfill neighborhood needs and the requests of sub-Saharan Africa.
