The Dangote Refinery will only sell gasoline to NNPC; the pump price will not alter.

While other refined goods will be available to all marketers, the Dangote Refinery will only sell gasoline to NNPC.

Despite the product’s arrival into the market, the refinery is scheduled to start distribution on September 15th, and sources have indicated that the pump price will not change.
