Don Jazzy, the veteran music mogul, has bewildered many Nigerians as he renders help on social media.
A lady had requested an additional sum of N1.2 million naira on social media for her father’s treatment, which was donated by a celebrity musician.
This is as a result when @Hillybaby4 posted a photo of her ailing father’s swollen face on Twitter, saying that he required surgery that would cost them N2 million.
She noted how she had tagged a slew of celebrities on Instagram, but no aid was forthcoming. She had considered taking out a loan, but that they would be unable to repay it.
She subsequently tagged Don Jazzy, Mr. Macaroni, and Peter Okoye in the post, expressing her hope that they could assist her. @Hillybaby4 went on to say that the procedure costs N2 million because it isn’t a significant one and that they had already raised N800,000 while still trying to get the rest.
The singer sent @Hillbaby4 the N1.2 million amount required immediately after she contacted him, further apologized for the delay in sending the money, and wished her father a speedy recovery.
