India’s external affairs ministry accused China of breaking an agreement while China accused India of crossing the border into the chinses territory, thus breaking their arrangement. They also say that some Indian personals crossed the border threaten and provoking Chinese personnel.
They fought a single war in 1962 and since then have been at conflict with each other.
