The Nollywood actor and film director Kunle Afolayan said that his mother, Omoladun Afolayan, died. She was 81 years old.
The film producer posted sad news about his mother’s death on his Instagram page on Saturday. He also shared memories of her with his grandkids.
He wrote, “It’s hard to believe it, but she had a good life👃” Mama Omoladun Ayanladun Afolayan, our mother, has died. (1943–2024).
“She leaves behind children and grandchildren.” Please pray for us. This is Omo re a gbeyin gbogbo wa.
He and his brother, star Gabriel Afolayan, both missed their mother and said, “Home is not cool.” We lost someone very close to us. Big mom (Iya Oyo), you will be missed a lot. We all adore you greatly. I’ll miss my dance partner and gist. Take a break, ma’am. “A lot of love to my siblings #kunleafo #aremumimostwantedlikecrudeoil.”
