Kenyan man identified as Evans Mutugi has filed a lawsuit on Monday 8th November against Maura Medical center in Nairobi Parklands.
The aggrieved patient sued the medical facility for allegedly being subjected to an inhuman surgical procedure by his alleged ex-girlfriend Rose Kagwira who is one of the nurses working at the hospital.
Reports say that Mutugi narrated how he was rushed to the facility for emergency medical attention after a motorcycle accident on Saturday 6th afternoon.
It was at that point that his ex-lover Kagwira attended to him.
In the lawsuit filed through John & K company advocates, Mutugi is now demanding sh 6.4 million in compensation.
