Ike Onyema had opened up on the reason why he didn’t try to win back Mercy Eke after they both showed up at BBNaija ‘All Stars’ edition.
He this known while being interviewed on the latest episode of The Big Friday Show on Cool FM with the reality star, Tacha Akide.
He stated that he and Mercy Eke are better off as friends rather than in a romantic relationship.
Ike Onyema clarified that he did not approach the influencer with the intention of reigniting their relationship, as past experiences have shown this to be unsuccessful for other couples.
He said, “I didn’t rekindle my relationship with Mercy in the just concluded Big Brother Naija All Stars season because we are better off as friends. At least for me, I always feel like when you go back to an ex, you might not always get what you want.”
