The eldest son of the late human rights lawyer, Chief Gani Fawehinmi, Mohammed is reportedly dead.
He reportedly died at age 52, on Wednesday, August 11 after complaining of having breathing difficulties. He was rushed to the hospital where he was confirmed dead.
Mohammed had a law degree from the University of Buckingham, England and was called to the Nigerian bar in 1998. In 2003, he had a terrible accident in Lagos, which affected his spinal cord and confined him to a wheelchair.
Until his death, he was unmarried.
