Naira Marley and Gbadamosi write letter of apology for Disobeying Lockdown orders

Naira Marley and Gbadamosiwrite letter of apology to Lagos state Government.Singer Azeez Fashola aka Naira Marley and former Lagos Governorship candidate, Babatunde Gbadamosi, have tendered apology letters to Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu for violating the social distancing order of the state during house party organised by actress Funke Akindele for her hubby, JJCSkillz last Saturday.

Naira Marley, Gbadamosi and his wife, Folashade, were arraigned before the Magistrate Court 1 on Wednesday but the charges against them were dropped on condition when they pleaded guilty and offered to apologise.

They were also mandated to sign an undertaking to comply with all regulations relating to COVID-19 pandemic as well as to go on self-isolation for 14 days to protect others that they may come in contact with.

After he was granted bail about four days ago, Nigerian singer, Naira Marley has signed a letter of apology to the Lagos State Government for defiling the stay at home order.

Marley was detained at the State Criminal Investigation and Intelligence Department, Panti, Yaba on Monday April 6 after he turned himself in for questioning.

A police source confirmed that he was granted bail the very same day was arraigned in court on Wednesday April 8.

Now, a tweet by the Lagos State Government shows the signed Letter of Apology by the singer.
