A custody lawsuit is filed against the parents.
According to Arad Online, Adrian Marţian, the father of the children, is a notorious businessman from Cluj who was the UTA team’s manager from 2013 to 2015.
Adrian Mutu and Marţian worked together at a biodiesel factory that went bankrupt before Marţian took over as manager of the football team.
“He deprived me of the biodiesel facility through a million-euro hoax. “He would come drunk and throw up at training, he was only interested in women and drinking,” Adrian Marţian claimed in a 2014 interview with Gazeta Sporturilor.
Observer News reports that the parents are currently undergoing a custody trial after their separation. The children refuse to live with their mother, despite the court’s decision. Child Protection is looking into their situation.
“The nanny was consistently found with the children during the observation. The kids didn’t leave the nanny, and she didn’t leave them. “A third individual, who was not the nanny, was identified during the most recent visit on Friday,” Geanina Ianc, director of DGASPC Hunedoara, stated.
A video featuring the three kids
The man relocated into a trailer 150 meters from the house where the three kids lived with a nanny after being told not to contact them.
A video of the youngsters saying they want to stay with their father surfaced in the public area on Tuesday afternoon. The police are examining the video to determine its authenticity and whether there are any components that might be used to identify the three juveniles.
The video tape was allegedly received by Adrian Martian, who forwarded it to the police and media. He holds his ex-partner accountable.
“You had these people bring us to you for no reason, Roxana. You are not wanted by us. In the video, which was also shared on social media, the older daughter refers to her mother and says, “These people lied to us that they were taking us to our father, but in fact they wanted to take us to you.”
