The new petrol price list surfaces following the removal of fuel subsidy.
According to the price listing, the price of petrol will now be between ₦488 and ₦557, depending on the location.
Recall that Nigeria’s new president Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Monday 2 during his inaugural speech, stated that there was no provision for subsidy in the 2023 budget from June to December. This has caused a scarcity of petrol as well as a hike in the price of the product.
