The Governing Council of UNILAG on Wednesday appointed Professor Theophilus Omotunde Soyombo as the Acting VC of the university.
However, Soyombo says he has resumed duties because the letter of appointment issued to him by the Council asked him to do so immediately.
Although he didn’t specify whether he had physically resumed at the Senate Building office of the VC but reports have it that he would be at the Senate building on Monday.
