FUNKE AKINDELE AND THE HOUSE PARTY SHE ORGANISED DURING THE PANDEMIC
Despite the measures put in place in most parts of the world to curb the spread of the virus, Nollywood actress, funke Akindele hosted a private birthday party for her husband JJC Skillz at theirhome.
Following the release of some pics online, the Police arrested the actress and she was arraigned befor the Magistrate Court and was found guilty.
Nevertheless she tendered a heartfelt apology while Lagos state Govt granted her and her husband state pardon.
DBANJ AND THE RAPE ALLEGATION
Benjamin Ese a model scout claimed that Seyitan Babatayo was raped by Dbanjat the Glee Hotel in Victoria Island Lagos back in 2018.
Seyitan, a model confirmed the allegation. However, along the line, Dbanj was accused of kidnapping the model and she was forced to delete her tweet where she accused the singer of rape.
Dbanj faced alot of backlash on social media with the police stepping in and a powerful social justice organization stand to end rape also got invovled and both parties settled their case out of court
CLARENCE PETERS AND KODAK, THE VIDEO VIXEN WHO DIED IN HIS STUDIO
Ace Producer, Clarence Peters got into the list of most controversial celebrities because back in April, in his studio, a video vixen identified as Love Divine aka Kodak turned up dead.
According to reports, she died while charging her phone during a video shoot at the studio in Clarence’s house.
He was detained by the police who said it was a murder charge but the Ace producer said he just went in for questioning.
ULTIMATE LOVE STARS- KACHI AND ROSIE’S RELATIONSHIP TURNED SOUR
Rosie and Kachi were contestants on the Reality show called Ultimate Love and were the winners eventually.
The story of their relationship turned sour after they revealed they were no longer an item.
Kachi however claimed that Rosie aborted his child for the sake of career.
LILIAN AFEGBAI AND HER MOTHER WHO IS A RETIRED POLICE OFFICER
During the #endsars protests.some people were condemning how some persons dressed to the protest grounds, reacting to this Lilian Afegbai who is a Nollywood actress slammed the critics in a video she shared online.
However, that didnt sit well with Nigerians as they dug out the story of how her retired police officer mother allegedly killed a student and hurriedly buried him to seal up the matter.
Due to this scandal, the Actress deactivated her social media accounts for a while.
LIL FROSH AND DOMESTIC VIOLENCE
DMW signee and upcoming artiste, Lil Frosh was accused by his girlfriend identified as Gift for being violent towards her.
She shared the story online with pictures to proof her point on how the rapper allegedly deformed her face during one of his beatings.
Lil Frosh denying the claims did not stop his record label boss, Davido from dropping him althogh Davido said he still has his back as a brother.
9ICE AND HIS CHEATING SCANDAL
A video of the singer leaked online, wher he was seen frolicking with a lady identified as Tiwalope.
Barely 48 hours after the lek, fans where shocked when 9ice in a video admitted tocheating on his wife, Sunkanmi Akande and he also appealed to his fans to help save his marriage.
This caused a stir online with persons telling the wife to forgive him while others even went as far as digging up another video where he was seen talking about not been able to stay with one woman.
