A landlord in tears as tenant destroys house

Owner of a house broke down in tears as his house was destroyed by tenant he gave quit notice. The owner of the property swore he will kill the tenant if he finds her. The property was destroyed and the man laments it will cost him a whole lot to get it repaired.
