Veteran Actress, Joke Silva has joined the body of Actors Guild Nigeria aka AGN to curb the frequent begging of funds to pay medical bills. AGN has decided to have a health insurance scheme in partnership with Medicard, a reputable HMO in Nigeria. Joke Silva is the chairperson of the scheme and has promised to make things work to ensure actors take good care of their health, the inauguration will hold the 17th of August 2020.
She also thanked the National executive body the Actors Guild Nigeria led by Emeka Rollas. The virtual event will involve corporate bodies, media and entertainment, government bodies etc.
