Anthony Joshua has hit back at people who criticized his speech at a Black Lives Matter protest on Saturday. The IBF, WBA, WBO, and IBO world heavyweight champion joined protesters at a rally in his hometown of Watford and spoke out in the fight against racism.
However, Joshua has faced backlash after a brief section of his speech was taken out of context and widely shared on social media. In the video, Joshua said: ‘Show them where it hurts. ‘Abstain from spending your money in their shops and economies, and invest in black-owned businesses.’
