Bishop Oyedepo, Founder of the Living Faith Ministries received a letter from the registrar of the certificate of corporation aka CAC, Alhaji Garba Abubakar telling churches that trustees can be removed without any hearing from the court.
The circular reads ” The Chief Registrar of CAC has the power to remove trustees of the church, close the account of the church and no court can invalidate it.
Oyedepo went on to issue a warning to the registrar that he dare not try it unless the wrath of God will befall him.
