Bobrisky Leaves Nigeria In A Jet Because He Is In Legal Trouble

Idris Okuneye, better known as Bobrisky, a controversial cross-dresser, is said to have flown out of Nigeria just a few days after being freed by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission.

In a series of videos posted on his Instagram story on Monday morning, Bobrisky said that he was traveling in first class, but he didn’t say where he was going.

“Hope to see you soon, Nigeria. That’s over 30 million rupees that this girl spent on three first-class tickets. “Raise the bar for this girl,” he said with pride.

He made a funny comment about how badly his passport picture looked, saying, “That passport messed up my picture.”

A lot of things happened last week that led to Bobrisky’s abrupt exit.

Reports say that the troubled transgender person was stopped and taken off of a KLM flight heading for Amsterdam at Murtala Muhammed International Airport on Thursday night as she tried to get to London.

He said that he was hurt during the incident and then told his social media fans about it.

Following the fight, he was taken to the EFCC headquarters in Abuja, where he was allegedly questioned about claims that he paid officials N15 million to drop money laundering charges against him.

He was later freed on bail on Saturday after allegedly saying in his confessional statement at the EFCC’s headquarters that he had not bribed the agency.

In April 2024, Bobrisky got in trouble with the law when he was given a six-month prison term for naira abuse.

Although he was first locked up at Kirikiri Prison, it was said that he was only there for three weeks before being moved quietly to a private spot that was not made public.

In September, a social media influencer named Martins Otse, also known as VeryDarkMan, released an audio recording that reportedly showed Bobrisky talking about paying EFCC officials to drop money laundering charges against him. This made things even worse.
