Breaking: Abba Kyari Pleads Not Guilty to Drug Trafficking Charges

Embattled Super Cop, DCP Abba Kyari has pleaded not guilty to charges alleging his involvement in drug trafficking.

It was gathered that Kyari, alongside four members of the defunct Intelligence Response Team, who are facing trial, pleaded not guilty to the charges of the alleged conspiracy, obstruction, and dealing in cocaine worth 17.55 kilograms.

Kyari and other accused police officers denied the allegations of unlawful tampering with 21.25kg worth of Cocaine, also pleaded not guilty to this.

Alongside Kyari, ACP Sunday J. Ubia, ASP Bawa James, Inspector Simon Agirigba, and Inspector John Nuhu complete the list of defendants in the high-profile lawsuit instituted by the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency NDLEA.
