Alhaji Mohammed Ibn Shehu Masta II El-Kanemi, the Shehu Dikwa, borno State is dead.
Alhaji Usman Jidda Shuwa, the Secretary to State Government announced his death in Biu shortly after the presentation of Staff of Office to the Emir of Biu, Alhaji Mai Mustapha Umar Mustapha by Governor Babagana Umara Zulum on Saturday.
The Burial will hold in Maiduguri on Saturday at 5pm.
