Chef Hilda Baci Reacts To Being Dethroned By An Irish chef Who Broke Her Cook-a-thon Record

Popular Nigerian chef Hilda Baci has reacted after she was displaced by an Irish chef who broke her cook-a-thon record after six months.

Recall that Hilda commenced her cook-a-thon attempt in May and successfully broke the former record, which was held by an Indian chef.

The Irish chef, Alan Fisher, cooked for a staggering 119 hours and 57 minutes at his restaurant in Japan thereby exceeding Hilda’s time of 93 hours and 11 minutes.

Hilda Baci took to her Twitter page to congratulate the new record holder, expressing her gratitude for holding such a prestigious title.

She wrote, “Huge congratulations to Alan Fisher! 119 hours and 57 minutes is a huge achievement, and I wish him all the best as the new world record holder! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

I’m so happy to have held a record so prestigious and profound that I will forever be honored and grateful for all the love and support.”
