Obasi Kingsley, Aide to Ebonyi Deputy Speaker has been allegedly killed by unknown gunmen.
According to reports, he was shot dead on Wednesday, November 11 by gunmen while he was on his way home.
Confirming the incident, a family member said:
“Yes, he was the one .I don’t think it was politically motivated. I think it was a case of robbery gone bad. As the robbers were about to move, he was said to be shouting ‘it is armed robbers oo .It is armed robbers ooo’, then they shot him”
Speaking on the incident, Loveth Odah, Police Spokesperson of the State said that investigation is ongoing.
