The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission[EFCC], on Wednesday, in Abuja finally bowed to the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory in the matter of former Governor of central Bank of Nigeria[CBN], Godwin Emefiele.
Emefiele who has been in the custody of the federal Government security agencies for over 150 days was brought to court in compliance with the order of Justice Olukayode Adeniyi.
Emefiele who dressed in yellow kafftan with a Hausa cap to match entered the courtroom at about 12:30pm with EFCC operatives providing security around him.
